Zhejiang Hengtuo Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. is a packaging and testing centre which was constructed and invested in by Shanghai Orient-Chip Technology Co., Ltd. in 2016. It is located in the Zhejiang Jiaxing Science and technology Industrial Park. Hengtuo Factory occupies an area of 8.48 acres, with a building area of 40,000 square meters.The factory comprises a complete packaging and testing industrial chain for semiconductors, including wafer-level testing, grinding, dicing, plating, packaging, and finished product testing.All production processes have been automated and systematized.

Since 2023, Hengtuo has successfully launched its self-developed photocoupler product line with leading technology and excellent quality. The current production capacity of optocoupler is 200KK/month, and the products cover a wide range of types such as Photo Relays, High-Speed Coupler, Power Triac, IGBT Gate Driver, Photo Transistors, and Photo Darlington. Meanwhile, we also have a strongb customization  ability to meet the customer's specifications in all kinds of applications.In terms of quality control, Hengtuo adheres to the requirement of zero defects. From raw material procurement to the production process, and through to product delivery, every link is strictly controlled to ensure the excellence and stability of product quality.
